Carrot Ragout Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450 g) carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 cup vegetable or chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme or parsley, chopped

Cook the Onion and Garlic:

Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.

Sauté the onion and garlic until soft and fragrant.

Add the Carrots:
