Thai Tea Recipe – Thai Special

Thai Tea is a rich and creamy iced beverage popular in Thai cuisine, known for its vibrant orange color and bold, sweet flavor. Made from strongly brewed black tea spiced with star anise and cloves, it’s traditionally sweetened with sugar and sweetened condensed milk, then topped with evaporated or whole milk for a velvety finish. Served over ice, this refreshing drink is the perfect balance of bold tea and creamy sweetness—ideal for cooling down on a hot day or pairing with spicy Thai food.
