Iskender Kebab Recipe- Turkey Special

The Iskender kebab, reminiscent of a dish from a Turkish restaurant in London, typically features lamb or doner meat, but this chicken variation is equally delicious. Historically, it’s named after Alexander the Great, known to the Persians as “Iskender,” who reportedly favored this dish as his favorite meal.
