Obatzda Ingredients:
- Camembert Cheese: 1 (8-ounce or 225 grams), softened
- Butter: 1/2 cup (115 grams), softened
- Cream Cheese: 2 tablespoons
- Onion: 1 small, finely chopped
- Paprika: 1 tablespoon
- Caraway Seeds: 1 teaspoon (optional)
- Salt: to taste
- Black Pepper: to taste
- Chives or Parsley: for garnish (optional)
How to make Obatzda::

Mix: In a bowl, combine the softened Camembert cheese, butter, and cream cheese. Mash together until smooth.

Add: Stir in the finely chopped onion, paprika, caraway seeds (if using), salt, and black pepper.

Serve: Garnish with chopped chives or parsley, if desired.
Recipe Notes:
Adjust the seasoning to taste; more paprika can add extra flavor and color.
