Besan Burfi Ingredients:

  • 2 cups besan (gram flour)
  • ½ cup ghee
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup water
  • ½ teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 2 tablespoons chopped almonds or pistachios (optional)
  • A pinch of saffron strands (optional)

Roast the Besan:
