  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce or salsa

  • 20–24 mini phyllo shells or baked tortilla scoops
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican cheese blend
  • 1/4 cup sour cream (for topping)
  • Chopped green onions, cilantro, or jalapeños for garnish

Cook the Turkey:

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
