Make the Biscuit Base:
Line a slice tin (approximately 20×20 cm) with baking paper.
Crush the biscuits into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
Mix in the melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand.
Press firmly into the base of the lined tin and chill in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Make the Creamy Layer:

Stir until completely dissolved.
In a medium bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice.

Pour the creamy mixture over the chilled biscuit base and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until set.
Make the Jelly Layer:
Dissolve the jelly crystals in 1 cup boiling water.
Stir until fully dissolved, then add 1 cup cold water.
Allow the jelly to cool to room temperature (but not set), then gently pour it over the set cream layer.
Refrigerate for 2–3 hours or until the jelly is completely firm.
