- 2 tbsp green chutney (mint-coriander)
- 2 tbsp tamarind chutney
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder (optional)
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tbsp sev (optional, for garnish)
- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)
Prep Base Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, add puffed rice, roasted peanuts, and boiled green peas.
Add Vegetables:
Mix in chopped onion, tomato, and potato.
Mix Chutneys & Spices:
Add green chutney, tamarind chutney, red chili powder, chaat masala, salt, and lemon juice. Toss everything well until evenly coated.
