Soba Noodle Bowl Ingredients:
- 200 g soba noodles
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup bell peppers, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cooked edamame or tofu cubes
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
