Ingredients:
- 4 Soft Bread Rolls or Brioche Buns
- 200 g Cream Cheese
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 3 tbsp Milk
- 4 tbsp Butter (Melted)
- 3 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley (Chopped)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Slice each bread roll into 6 wedge sections, keeping the base intact.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Fill the cream cheese mixture between each bread section using a spoon or piping bag.
In another bowl, whisk together egg, milk, melted butter, minced garlic, honey, parsley, and salt.
Dip each filled bread roll into the garlic butter mixture so it coats the bread thoroughly.
Place the bread on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until the bread turns golden and crispy.
Serve warm for the best flavor and texture.

Use soft brioche or milk bread for the best fluffy texture.
Adjust the sugar depending on how sweet you want the cream cheese filling.
