Sobrebarriga Sudada Ingredients:

  • 700 g flank steak (sobrebarriga)
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

Sobrebarriga Sudada Instructions:

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add sliced onions and sauté until soft.

Stir in garlic and cook briefly.

Add chopped tomatoes and tomato paste.

Place the flank steak into the pot.

Pour in beef broth and add cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Cover and simmer on low heat.
