Ingredients:
- 6–8 Sprats (Fresh Or Canned)
- 4 Slices Bread
- 2 Tbsp Butter Or Mayonnaise
- 1 Small Onion (Thinly Sliced)
- 1 Small Cucumber (Sliced)
- Lettuce Leaves
- 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
- Salt And Pepper To Taste
Instructions:
If Using Fresh Sprats, Clean And Lightly Fry Them Until Crispy. If Using Canned Sprats, Drain Excess Oil.
Toast Bread Slices Lightly For Better Texture.
Spread Butter Or Mayonnaise Evenly On Each Slice.
Place Lettuce Leaves On The Bread.
Add Sprats On Top Of The Lettuce.
Layer With Onion And Cucumber Slices.
Drizzle Lemon Juice And Sprinkle Salt And Pepper.
Cover With Another Slice Or Serve Open-Faced.
Serve Immediately.
