Jeyuk Bokkeum Ingredients:

  • 400 g pork belly or pork shoulder, thinly sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Jeyuk Bokkeum Instructions:

In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, and ginger.
