L.A. Galbi Ingredients:

- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar or honey
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup grated pear or apple
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped
