  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 slices bread, soaked in milk
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Boiled potatoes and rice for serving
  • Boiled eggs and olives for garnish

Aji de Gallina Instructions:
