Karpatka Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp butter for custard
  • Powdered sugar for garnish

Karpatka Instructions:

Heat water and butter in a saucepan until boiling.
