Swedish Meatballs Ingredients:
- 300g ground beef
- 150g ground pork
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup cream
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Swedish Meatballs Instructions:
Mix breadcrumbs and milk in a bowl and let soak briefly.
Add ground beef, ground pork, onion, garlic, egg, salt, and black pepper.
Mix everything until well combined.
