- Food coloring (various colors)

How to make Organic Rainbow Bagel with Cream Cheese:
Make the Dough: In a large bowl, mix warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy. Add flour and salt, and knead until smooth.
Color the Dough: Divide the dough into equal parts and add different food coloring to each part. Knead until the color is evenly distributed.
Shape the Bagels: Roll each colored dough into ropes, twist them together, and form into bagel shapes.
Boil and Bake: Boil the bagels for 1 minute on each side, then bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Prepare the Cream Cheese: Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in rainbow sprinkles if desired.
