Beef Chow Fun Ingredients:
- 300 g wide rice noodles
- 250 g beef, thinly sliced
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Beef Chow Fun Instructions:
Soak or prepare rice noodles according to package instructions.
Heat oil in a wok or large pan over high heat.
Add garlic and sauté briefly until fragrant.
Add the sliced beef and stir-fry until mostly cooked.
Add the rice noodles to the wok.
Pour in soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar.
Toss everything together until noodles are coated.
Add bean sprouts and green onions.
Stir-fry for another minute until well combined.
Season with black pepper and serve hot.
