  • 250 g minced pork, chicken, or vegetables
  • 1 cup finely chopped cabbage or bok choy
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 20–25 dumpling wrappers
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp sugar (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes or fresh chili (optional)

Dumplings with Soy Dipping Sauce Instructions:

In a bowl, mix minced meat or vegetables with cabbage, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.

Place a dumpling wrapper on a clean surface and spoon 1 tsp of filling in the center.

Fold and seal edges using water to moisten if needed.

To pan-fry: Heat oil in a pan, place dumplings, fry until bottoms are golden, then add 1/4 cup water, cover, and steam for 5–7 minutes.
