Fırında Levrek Ingredients:
- 2 whole sea bass (about 400–500 g each), cleaned and scaled
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2–3 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano or thyme
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Fırında Levrek Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
Score the fish lightly on both sides to allow flavors to penetrate.
Rub the fish with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Stuff the cavity of each fish with lemon slices and garlic.
Place fish on a baking tray lined with parchment or lightly greased.
Optionally, surround the fish with cherry tomatoes and onion slices.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, until the flesh is opaque and flakes easily.
Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley.
Serve hot with steamed rice, roasted vegetables, or a fresh salad.
