Kasspatzln Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk or water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup grated cheese (Emmental or Gruyère)
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt to taste
