  • 1 cup canned lychees (reserve syrup)
  • 1/2 cup lychee syrup (from the can)
  • 10–12 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon lime or lemon juice
  • 1–2 tablespoons sugar or honey (optional, depending on sweetness)
  • 1 cup cold water or soda water
  • 1 cup ice cubes

For Garnish:(Optional)

  • Mint sprigs
  • Lime slices
  • Whole lychees

Blend the Base:
