- 1/2 cup lychee syrup (from the can)
- 10–12 fresh mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon lime or lemon juice
- 1–2 tablespoons sugar or honey (optional, depending on sweetness)
- 1 cup cold water or soda water
- 1 cup ice cubes
For Garnish:(Optional)
- Mint sprigs
- Lime slices
- Whole lychees
Blend the Base:
In a blender, combine canned lychees (reserve a few for garnish), lychee syrup, mint leaves, lime/lemon juice, and sugar or honey if using.
Blend until smooth and well combined.
Strain (Optional):
