Ingredients:
- 2 Boneless Chicken Breasts
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
- 1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/3 Cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes (Chopped)
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Chili Flakes (Optional)
- Fresh Basil for Garnish
Instructions:
Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika on both sides.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken for about 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in chicken broth and scrape the bottom of the pan to release the flavor.
Add heavy cream, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, chili flakes, and sun-dried tomatoes. Stir well.
Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for about 10 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and the sauce thickens.
Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
Serve hot with pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes.

Use freshly grated parmesan cheese for the best creamy texture.
Do not overcook the chicken to keep it tender and juicy.
If the sauce becomes too thick, add a little extra chicken broth.
