  • 500 g Chicken Breast Or Thighs, Cooked And Shredded
  • 1 Large Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 Tsp Ginger Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Saffron (Optional)
  • 1/2 Cup Toasted Almonds, Chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley, Chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
  • Salt And Black Pepper To Taste
  • 6–8 Sheets Phyllo Pastry
  • 2 Tbsp Melted Butter
  • 1 Egg (For Brushing)

Instructions:

Heat Olive Oil In A Pan And Sauté Chopped Onion Until Soft.

Add Spices Including Cinnamon, Turmeric, Ginger, And Saffron.
