Nyúlpaprikás Ingredients:
- 800 g rabbit meat, cut into pieces
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp flour
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Nyúlpaprikás Instructions:
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add chopped onions and sauté until soft.
Stir in garlic and cook briefly.
Add rabbit pieces and brown lightly.
Sprinkle paprika over the meat and mix well.
Add chopped tomato and green pepper.
Pour in chicken broth and season with salt and pepper.
