Pacumuto Ingredients:
- 400 g pork or beef, cut into strips
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Skewers
Pacumuto Instructions:
Cut the meat into thin strips.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Add the meat and coat well with the marinade.
Let it marinate for about 15 minutes.
Thread the meat onto skewers.
Preheat a grill or pan over medium-high heat.
Place the skewers on the grill.
Cook while turning occasionally until fully cooked.
Drizzle lemon juice over the skewers.
