- ½ tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp butter
For the Dill Sauce:
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- ½ cup cream (heavy cream or fresh cream)
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2–3 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
Pork Cutlets with Dill Sauce Instructions:
Season pork cutlets with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Heat oil and butter in a pan over medium-high heat.
Sear pork cutlets for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Remove cutlets and set aside.
In the same pan, add butter and garlic; sauté until fragrant.
Pour in chicken broth and simmer for 1–2 minutes.
Add cream, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
Stir and simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
Mix in fresh dill and a splash of lemon juice.
Return cutlets to the pan and coat with the sauce.
