- 1 pork tenderloin (500–600 g)
- 2 apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp), sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken stock or apple juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme or rosemary
- 1 tsp honey or brown sugar (optional)
- Fresh thyme or parsley for garnish
Pork Tenderloin with Apples Instructions:
Season pork tenderloin with salt, pepper, and herbs.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Sear pork on all sides until golden brown.
Remove pork and set aside.
In the same pan, melt butter and sauté onions until soft.
Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add apple slices and cook until slightly tender.
