Pull Apart Roasted Garlic Butter Pizza Dip Sliders Ingredients:
- 12 slider buns or dinner rolls
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup mini pepperoni (or chopped regular pepperoni)
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp fresh basil or parsley, chopped (optional)
For the Garlic Butter:
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 bulb roasted garlic (or 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
- Salt, to taste
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Lightly grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
Make the Garlic Butter:
In a small pan, melt butter with roasted garlic, oregano, chili flakes (if using), and a pinch of salt. Mash garlic into the butter and mix well. Set aside.
Assemble the Sliders:
Slice the slider buns in half horizontally (keep the bottoms and tops connected). Place the bottom half in your baking dish.
Spread pizza sauce evenly, then layer with mozzarella, pepperoni, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Add chopped basil or parsley if desired.
Place the top half of the buns over the filling.
Brush and Bake:
Generously brush the tops with garlic butter. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake another 5 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
Serve:
Let cool slightly before pulling apart. Serve warm with extra pizza sauce or ranch for dipping.

Cheese Options : Add provolone, cheddar, or cream cheese for an extra gooey dip effect.
Make It Meaty : Add cooked sausage or bacon bits to the filling for a heartier version.
