Roasted White Miso-Butter Chicken Ingredients :
- 1/4 cup of white miso paste
- 2 tablespoons of softened unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1/2 tablespoon of rice vinegar
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
How To Make Roasted White Miso-Butter Chicken
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Combine miso paste, softened butter, honey, and rice vinegar in a bowl. Rub the mixture evenly over and under the skin of the chicken thighs. Arrange the thighs in a large roasting pan, leaving enough space between them for even cooking.
Bake in the preheated oven until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear, about 30 minutes.
