Sate Kambing Ingredients:

  • 400 g goat meat, cut into small cubes
  • 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • Lime wedges for serving
  • Skewers (bamboo or metal)

Sate Kambing Instructions:

Cut the goat meat into small bite-sized cubes.

In a bowl, mix sweet soy sauce, garlic, coriander powder, salt, and pepper.

Add the goat meat and coat well with the marinade.

Let the meat marinate for about 15 minutes.

Thread the marinated meat onto skewers.
