  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger

For the Skewers:

  • 1 onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper, cubed
  • 1 green bell pepper, cubed
  • 1 tomato, cut into chunks
  • Wooden or metal skewers (if wooden, soak in water for 30 mins before use)

Shashlik Instructions:
