Sis Tavuk Recipe – Turkey Special

Şiş Tavuk is a classic Turkish grilled chicken dish known for its tender texture and rich, smoky flavor. This traditional recipe features bite-sized pieces of chicken marinated in a flavorful blend of yogurt, garlic, olive oil, and spices, which helps keep the meat juicy and enhances its taste. A staple in Turkish cuisine, Şiş Tavuk is commonly served as a main course alongside flatbread, rice, grilled vegetables, and fresh salads. It is often accompanied by sauces like garlic yogurt or chili sauce for added depth. The combination of aromatic marinade and smoky grilling makes it a favorite for gatherings and barbecues.
