Ingredients:
- 300 g Ground Beef
- 4 Small Flour Tortillas
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 4 Slices Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Lettuce (Shredded)
- 1 Tomato (Diced)
- Pickle Slices
Burger Sauce
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 tsp Pickle Juice
Instructions:
Divide the ground beef into four portions.
Place a tortilla on a flat surface and press one portion of ground beef thinly onto the tortilla.
Season the beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and place the tortilla beef side down.
Cook for about 2–3 minutes until the beef forms a crispy crust.
Flip the tortilla and place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of the beef.
Cook for another 1–2 minutes until the tortilla becomes slightly crispy.
Remove from the pan and top with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and burger sauce.
Fold the taco and serve immediately.

Press the beef very thin so it cooks quickly and becomes crispy.
Use a cast iron skillet for the best smash burger crust.
You can add toppings like onions, jalapeños, or avocado for extra flavor.
For a spicy version, mix hot sauce or sriracha into the burger sauce.
