Strawberry Lassi Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries, hulled
- 1 cup plain yogurt (preferably full-fat or Greek)
- 1/4 cup milk or water (adjust for desired consistency)
- 2–3 tablespoons sugar or honey (to taste)
- A pinch of cardamom powder (optional, for flavor)
- Ice cubes (optional, for a chilled lassi)
- Fresh mint or chopped strawberries (optional, for garnish)
Blend:
Add strawberries, yogurt, milk (or water), sugar, and cardamom powder (if using) into a blender.
Blend until smooth and frothy. Adjust sweetness or thickness to your liking.
Add ice cubes and pulse a few more times if you want it extra cold.
Serve:
Pour into serving glasses.
