Ingredients:
- 2 Sheets Puff Pastry
300 g Ground Meat (Beef Or Chicken)
1 Small Onion, Finely Chopped
1 Clove Garlic, Minced
1/2 Cup Cheese, Grated
1 Tbsp Fresh Parsley, Chopped
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp Paprika (Optional)
1 Egg, Beaten (For Brushing)
1 Tbsp Oil
Instructions:
Preheat The Oven To 190°C (375°F).
Heat Oil In A Pan And Sauté Onion And Garlic Until Soft.
Add Ground Meat And Cook Until Fully Done.
Season With Salt, Black Pepper, Paprika, And Fresh Parsley.
Remove From Heat And Let The Filling Cool Slightly.
Place One Sheet Of Puff Pastry In A Baking Dish.
Spread The Meat Filling Evenly Over The Pastry.
Sprinkle Grated Cheese On Top Of The Filling.
Cover With The Second Sheet Of Pastry And Seal The Edges.
Brush The Top With Beaten Egg.
Bake For About 25–30 Minutes Until Golden Brown.
Let It Cool Slightly Before Slicing And Serving.
