Syrniki Ingredients:

  • 250 g cottage cheese or farmer’s cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp flour (for dusting)
  • 2 tbsp oil or butter
