  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or Mexican blend)
  • 2 tablespoons salsa or sour cream (optional, for creaminess)

For Assembly:

  • 8–10 small flour or corn tortillas
  • Olive oil spray or cooking spray

Optional Toppings:

  • Guacamole
  • Sour cream
  • Salsa or pico de gallo
  • Chopped cilantro
