- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp allspice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 3 cups water or beef broth
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Fasolia Bi Lahmeh Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Sauté chopped onions until translucent, then add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add meat cubes; brown on all sides.
Stir in tomato sauce, cinnamon, and allspice; cook for 2–3 minutes.
Add soaked white beans and water or broth; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer gently for 1–1.5 hours until beans and meat are tender.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
