Grilled Spiced Chicken Skewers Ingredients:
- 600 g boneless chicken breast or thighs, cubed
- 3 tbsp yogurt or olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp chili powder (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 tsp turmeric (optional)
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Grilled Spiced Chicken Skewers Instructions:
Soak wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes if using.
