  • 1 sheet puff pastry or shortcrust pastry
  • 1 cup cottage cheese (smooth or lightly mashed)
  • 1/4 cup sugar or honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp lemon zest (optional)
  • 1 tbsp butter (optional)
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
