Ingredients:

  • 200 g Feta Cheese Block
  • 2 Cups Cherry Tomatoes
  • 3 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 250 g Pasta (Penne or Fusilli)
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Chili Flakes (Optional)
  • Salt to Taste
  • Fresh Basil Leaves

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Place cherry tomatoes in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.

Add minced garlic, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.

Place the block of feta cheese in the center of the dish and drizzle a little olive oil on top.

Bake in the oven for 25–30 minutes until the tomatoes burst and the feta becomes soft.

Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Remove the baking dish from the oven and mash the feta and tomatoes together to create a creamy sauce.

Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix well until evenly coated.

Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot.

Recipe Notes :

Use a block of feta cheese instead of crumbled feta for the best creamy texture.

You can add spinach, mushrooms, or grilled chicken for extra flavor.

Reserve a little pasta water to adjust the sauce consistency if needed.

For extra flavor, sprinkle parmesan cheese before serving.
