Gravlaks Ingredients:

  • 500 g fresh salmon fillet, skin on
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 bunch fresh dill, chopped

Rinse the salmon fillet and pat it dry.

Mix salt, sugar, and black pepper in a bowl.
