Ingredients:
- 1 Sheet Puff Pastry
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 3 Egg Yolks
- 1 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Preheat The Oven To 220°C (425°F).
Roll Out The Puff Pastry And Cut Into Small Circles.
Press The Pastry Into Tart Molds To Form Shells.
In A Pan, Heat Milk And Sugar Until Warm.
In A Bowl, Mix Egg Yolks, Cornstarch, And Vanilla.
Gradually Add Warm Milk To The Egg Mixture While Stirring.
Pour The Custard Into Pastry Shells.
Bake Until The Tops Are Golden With Slight Caramelized Spots.
Remove And Cool Slightly Before Serving.
