Ingredients:
- 500 g Ground Beef
- 8 Small Corn Or Flour Tortillas
- 1 Small Onion, Finely Chopped
- 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 Tsp Cumin
- 1 Tsp Chili Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Paprika
- Salt And Black Pepper To Taste
- 1 Cup Shredded Lettuce
- 1/2 Cup Diced Tomatoes
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheese
- 1/4 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Tbsp Cooking Oil
Instructions:
Heat Oil In A Pan Over Medium Heat.
Add Chopped Onion And Garlic, Sauté Until Fragrant.
Add Ground Beef And Cook Until Browned.
Stir In Cumin, Chili Powder, Paprika, Salt, And Black Pepper.
Cook For A Few More Minutes Until The Beef Is Fully Seasoned.
Warm Tortillas In A Pan Or Oven.
Spoon The Beef Mixture Into Each Tortilla.
Top With Lettuce, Tomatoes, Cheese, And Sour Cream.
Fold The Tacos And Serve Immediately.
