Cheesy Chicken Cordon Bleu Bites Ingredients:
- 2 cooked chicken breasts, finely chopped or shredded
- 100g (3.5 oz) cooked ham, diced
- 100g (3.5 oz) mozzarella or Swiss cheese, diced or shredded
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
- Oil, for frying
Make the Filling:
In a bowl, mix the chicken, ham, cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Form the Bites:
Scoop small portions of the mixture and roll into bite-sized balls.
Chill for 10–15 minutes in the fridge to firm up.
Coat and Fry:
Roll each bite in flour, dip in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a skillet or deep fryer over medium heat.
