  • 1 tsp crushed coriander seeds
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp oil or ghee
  • Fresh ginger juliennes (for garnish)

Chicken Karahi Instructions:
