Delmonico Steak Ingredients:

  • 2 Delmonico steaks (ribeye cut)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • Fresh thyme or rosemary
