- 2 cups mangoes, peeled and cubed (fresh or frozen; or ¾ cup canned mango puree)
- 1 orange, peeled, seeded, and sliced
- 10-12 fresh basil leaves
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons chopped onions
- ½ cup cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
- Toasted chopped pecans, for garnish
How To Make Mango Gazpacho Recipe :
In a blender, combine mangoes, orange slices, and basil. Blend until a smooth paste forms.
