  • 1 orange, peeled, seeded, and sliced
  • 10-12 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onions
  • ½ cup cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • Toasted chopped pecans, for garnish

How To Make Mango Gazpacho Recipe :
